Victory Church Cape Town started Victory Kids Pre-School when a pre-school and aftercare centre that had been running for over 30 years, closed in December 2019 after the sudden passing of its owner and principal – Aunty Pam.
The school was started in faith, without funds to buy the property on which it was running. An ambitious fund-raising campaign was started, to buy and refurbish the property, and keep the doors of the school open.
Thankfully, within a year of launch, a generous gift was given, which, along with funds raised, was enough to buy the property, allowing Victory Kids Pre-School to remain a non-profit organisation and continue to provide a safe and secure place for up to 90 children to learn, grow and thrive.
